unit 11 Animation Proposal

Working title	College animation
Format	It will be an MP4 file. I will export it from Photoshop.
Type of animation	2D computer generated using Photoshop
Purpose (describe in detail)	To persuade young student that have finished secondary to choice tower hamlets college to study and pursuit.
Target audience (describe in detail)	15 to 16 year olds. that are looking for a college to learn or improving there media and art skills.
Animation software	photoshop
Total running time (15 seconds +)	30 seconds. with each scene being up 6 seconds or lower.
Dimensions	788 x 576 pixels. When we learnt using the animation software this is the dimensions we used.
Planned approach	I decided to design a character based on paper that has the characteristic shapes of the college and the colours of the college. The character is meant to look like a piece of paper folded over.It will have a computer animation that has a main character that has speech bubbles to talk. and will show you images and other thing to persuade you to come to tower hamlets college. I will show potential student things like the success rates, the learning and what the college offers.
Proposed action/storyline	Main character is to be made of paper (certificate/diploma). He talks to you and shows you around. The first scene introduced the character and informs you of Tower Hamlets College. The background will change and then the character will tell you something else. The hands and the mouth of the character is going to be moving a lot. The text is going to animate on the bubbles. I will use bright colours to attract the audience but lots of white space too for a contrast.
